This model can be used for measuring the freezing point of either propylene or ethylene glycol based cooling systems.This refractometer has the scales for the freezing points of ethylene glycol and propylene glycol just like the Coolant Checkers. In addition to that, it has the scales for the concentration ( v/v ) of those coolants.

Propylene Glycol:  -50°C-0°C0 to 70% VOL

Calibration: zero calibration with water at 20°C
