The model is designed to measure concentration in many kinds of liquids related sugar, such as fruit juice, canned foods, condensed milk, liquid sugar and jam.

Measuring range: 0-80% Brix
Resolution: Brix: 1.00%Brix

Compensation temperature range: 10°C-30°C

Calibration: zero calibration with water at 20°C

ATC = (Automatic Temperature Compensation) for accurate measurements without recalibration after shifts in ambient working temperature.
