The models with a high resolution Brix scale are ideal for concentrated fruit juice and canned foods that use a sugar infusion. It is convenient for measuring a variety of sauces, soy sauce, seasoning in liquid form as well as for low-sugar jams and spreads. The RHB-62ATC has Automatic Temperature Compensation System.
